How to set up a wholesale account with Alina Cosmetics?

  1. Follow the link to contact us then we will register you in our system.
  2. Send a copy of your reseller certificate form and a license to contact@alinacosmetics.com
  3. We will contact you within two business days. Upon approval, you will receive access to our wholesale merchandise and pricing.

Do you give samples?

Yes, we have a merchandise sample program for our registered customers. Contact us for more info.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Upon registration, you will receive instructions on how to place the order. 

What payment types do you accept?

Alina Cosmetics accepts PayPal Payments, Amazon Payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases up to $500 value. Wholesale purchases over $500 in value or any wholesale orders from outside of the USA have to be paid via wire transfers and ACH. 

Do you offer any financing options?

Currently we do not offer any financial. However, our SYLVECO brand is present on Faire.com and the portal offers the 60 day financing plan. 

Do you have minimum purchase requirements?

The minimum order amount is $200.00 (except CARGO: $500.00 minimum CARGO Delivery). For a first-time order made with our store with a value over $500 but weight not exceeding 60 lbs, we offer free delivery (Continental US only, USPS Parcel Post, shipping value of $130)

Do you offer free shipping to wholesale customers?

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS. The banner offer stated on our website is strictly for our retail customers who do not receive any discount pricing on their purchases.

How many items you have in a package?

Typically each package includes a total of 6 pieces of product.

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped FOB from our headquarters & distribution center in Westlake Village, California (91362). United Parcel Service (UPS) is our preferred carrier and shipping method. Shipping options: Ground (3-7 days), 3rd Day and Next Day. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We can ship "CARGO" located in the Los Angeles area with $500 minimum.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship wholesale within the United States and Canada.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are weight-based. We calculate rates based on the shipping rates and policies of the transportation companies we use.  All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How quickly can you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of approval. Please note that customers have to be in good standing.

What is your return policy?

All returns and exchanges require a return authorization by our e-commerce department. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship back the products to our facility for exchange. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

How long does the returns process take?

It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider.  The entire process will take approximately two weeks. Where your products are coming from?

Our products are made in Poland, the European Union member country. They are produced in adherence to strict regulations of the EU and by well established, reputable, and well-known Polish cosmetic manufacturers.

We are an authorized dealer and a direct distributor of skin care products of SYLVECO Cosmetics and all their existing brands - SYLVECO, SYLVECO FOR BABY, VIANEK, ROSADIA, BIOLAVEN ORGANIC, DUETUS, ALOESOVE, OLEIQ, and ZIELKO. If you need a certificate of authenticity for any of our product, please contact us, and we will provide it to you. You can also contact the manufacturer to verify the originality of the products we sell.  The manufacturer's address and its unique EAN (European Article Number) is provided on the packaging of each product we sell.

What are the ingredients of your cosmetics?

Our core skin care products are natural and organic origin. Each product has very transparent labeling of all its ingredients on the packaging according to the European Union labeling INCI standards. The European Union provides strict control of the cosmetics and supplies for cosmetics which are produced within its territory. The EU currently bans over 1300 ingredients marking them as toxic chemicals harmful to human health. This is a much more comprehensive list than the US FDA maintains. All our cosmetics are very safe and produced with the highest quality standards.

Do you have a MAP policy?

Yes, we do not want to advertise to sale our products below 40% of our suggested retail price.  

ECOCERT - some of our cosmetics have EcoCert Label which is given only to the cosmetics produced according to Ecocert standards of natural and organic cosmetics.

NATURAL OR ORGANIC - the wording means that the cosmetic was produced in accordance with COSMOS standards and the farm where sources are coming from was certified for ecological farming practices. 

HYPOALLERGENIC - the cosmetics were allergy tested by the qualified independent dermatology expert according to the EU standards. Each of the product has a passing test's scores and we are able to provide the tests of these results and certificate to you. 

All cosmetics are never tested on animals because the law in the EU strictly bans testing on animals. Since 2013 this is "the law of the land" and current packaging doesn't need to have a logo or 'cruelty-free' marking. This is no longer a marketing tool, it is the law.  

What is the shelf-life of your cosmetics?

All cosmetics have their expiration dates stamped on the packaging. All of them have minimum durability PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging

General guidance:

Natural and organic cosmetics of SYLVECO, Biolaven Organic, Vianek - expire after 18 months from production date; PAO - 3 to 6 months.

Oleiq products expire after 12 months from production date: PAO - 3-6 months.
